With an open layout spanning 3,950 sq.ft. in the heart of Austin, Texas, the apartment embodies a serene lifestyle shaped by refined textures, clean architecture, and curated design. Every room is thoughtfully composed to balance natural light, spatial openness, and timeless elegance.
In the reception area, the sculptural Gogan Sofa by Moroso invites relaxation, paired with the expressive Vao Armchair by Paolo Castelli and the geometric elegance of the Ding Table by Normann Copenhagen.
The dining area is defined by refined balance, featuring the sleek Androgyne Dining Table by Audo paired with Harbour Dining Chairs. Storage meets design with the sophisticated Aura Sideboard by Treku, blending warmth and functionality.
In the open kitchen, the timeless ML42 Stools by Lassen offer a sculptural seating option, continuing the theme of functional elegance and thoughtful detailing.
The master bedroom continues the apartment’s quiet sophistication with the plush Pacha Lounge Chair by Gubi, softly lit by the Tripod HM8 Floor Lamp by &Tradition.
